Face à la décision du gouvernement de supprimer définitivement les voitures de transport dites «7 places» de la circulation, la société Oniva Sénégal, en partenariat avec l’Ecole supérieure polytechnique (Esp) de Dakar, a conçu un véhicule 100 % sénégalais inspiré du véhicule dit «7 places» et répondant à toutes les normes de sécurité.
Une initiative saluée par les Sénégalais, notamment sur les réseaux sociaux. Une cérémonie de lancement est d’ailleurs prévue ce mercredi 1er décembre à 10 h, au grand amphithéâtre Abdoul Aziz Wane.
La présentation du véhicule sera ainsi faite devant la direction de ladite école, selon une note publiée par l’Ucad.
A l’occasion, une convention de partenariat sera paraphée pour instaurer et sceller entre les deux parties un partenariat en vue d’une coopération dans les domaines technique, technologique, commercial et managérial, selon la même source.
