Sénégal : Hausse de coûts de la visite technique

Le ministre des Infrastructures, des Transports terrestres et du Désenclavement s’est expliqué, hier à l’hémicycle, sur la hausse notée du coût de la visite technique. Mansour Faye a assuré que les prix initialement fixés avec le partenaire pour la sécurisation des titres de transport se sont avérés insuffisants ‘’pour l’exploitation et risquaient, à long terme, de mener vers l’échec du programme suivi.

C’est pourquoi, en concertation avec les acteurs, il a été retenu de réviser à la hausse le coût des titres de transport. Ainsi, la carte grise passe de 7 500 à 15 000 F CFA et les plaques d’immatriculation de 14 000 à 26 000 F CFA, dont une partie est reversée aux acteurs comme les poseurs de plaques’’.

En juillet dernier, les frais d’immatriculation des voitures et de motos, le remplacement des permis de conduire, les cartes grises, etc., avaient connu une hausse spectaculaire dont les autorités se sont très peu expliquées.
