Sénégal : 1507 milliards collectés, 2370 dépensés… l’état actuel des caisses de l’Etat (Juillet)

A la fin du mois de juillet 2021, l’exercice budgétaire a été caractérisé par une réduction de la mobilisation des ressources et un rythme d’exécution modéré des dépenses publiques.

Les ressources collectées n’ont pas été à la hauteur des attentes au terme du mois de juillet. Selon la Direction de la Prévision et des études économiques (Dpee), les ressources mobilisées, à fin juillet 2021, sont estimées à 1507,3 milliards. Cela équivaut à une baisse de 2,7% à la même période de l’an dernier.

Les dépenses aussi se sont repliées de 7,7% à fin juillet 2021 pour s’établir à 2370,1 milliards. Ce qui, en conséquence, a placé le solde budgétaire à 862,8 milliards de francs Cfa, à fin juillet 2021, contre un déficit de 1019,8 milliards à la même période en 2020.

Pour le mois de juillet, les salaires ont couté 77,9 milliards de francs Cfa. Ce qui porte la masse salariale de l’Etat à 516,7 milliards distribués à un effectif de 157.600 agents. Par ailleurs, 318,8 milliards de francs Cfa ont été payés au titre du service de la dette.
