Projet de cession de 3 hectares sur le site de l’hôpital Le Dantec : L’État veut engranger 30 milliards F CFA

Trente milliards de francs CFA, c’est le montant que l’État veut engranger dans l’opération de vente d’une partie de la surface foncière de Le Dantec, pour assurer le financement de la reconstruction d’un nouvel hôpital sur le site. Du coup, selon une source proche du dossier, l’État pourrait bien se passer d’emprunt et de montages financiers complexes pour renforcer le plateau médical de cet hôpital qui est bien connu et très fréquenté.

Trois hectares seront ainsi vendus, selon la procédure fixée par l’avis déjà publié dans la presse. Les 3,5 ha restants doivent constituer le site d’un hôpital plus moderne. L’argent issu de la vente des terrains dont le prix au mètre carré ne devrait pas être en dessous de 1 million, sera hébergé dans un compte dédié. Plusieurs réunions se tiennent dans quelques jours entre les différents acteurs impliqués dans le projet dont le Fonds souverain d’investissements stratégiques (Fonsis), le ministère de la Santé et l’administration de l’hôpital.
