Le port de Dakar a réalisé plus de 10 milliards de francs bénéfice en 2020 (DG)

Le Port Autonome de Dakar a réalisé 10, 5 milliards de francs Cfa de bénéfice à la fin de l’exercice budgétaire 2020, a indiqué mardi, son directeur général, Ababacar Sédikh Bèye.
“Les états financiers arrêtés au 31 décembre 2020 et audités par les commissaires aux comptes dégagent un net bénéficiaire de plus de 10 milliards ( 10 561 087 932 francs CFA) après paiement de plus de 3 milliards en impôts sur les sociétés”, a-t-il dit.
Bèye s’exprimait à la sortie de l’Assemblée générale des actionnaires du Port Autonome de Dakar au cours de laquelle il a présenté les états financiers de l’entreprise.
Pour l’exercice 2021, le Port Autonome de Dakar a, à nouveau, maintenu le cap dans son ambition de devenir “un des moteurs, de notre pays à l’horizon 2023”, a assuré le directeur général.
“Cette ambition portée par son Plan stratégique de développement (PSD, 2019-2023) et mise en œuvre au travers un plan de transformation nous a permis de réaliser de bons résultats tout en nous permettant, par ailleurs de mettre en œuvre un certain nombre de projets phares”, a-t-il fait savoir.
Entre les deux exercices, le chiffre d’affaires a fléchi de 2, 7% en valeur relative soit un solde négatif de 1, 6 milliards en valeur absolue, a-t-il expliqué.

Il a laissé entendre qu’un certain nombre de faits ont impacté le résultat réalisé en 2020.

“Il s’agit des encaissements des dividendes Dubaï Port (DP) et Dakar terminal (+6 milliards de francs CFA), du gain sur le dénouement de l’affaire G3S (+4,2 milliards), de la location du terrain de la SONACOS pour parking d’attente (-1,86 milliards) et de la contribution du port au fond “Force Covid avec près de 1,2 milliards”, a expliqué le DG du PAD.
