Convention DER/FJ – PUMA : 1,3 milliard FCFA pour les jeunes et femmes des zones frontalières

La Délégation à l’entrepreneuriat rapide des femmes et des jeunes (DER/FJ) et le Programme d’urgence de modernisation des axes et territoires frontaliers (PUMA), ontsigné un protocole d’accord d’un montant de 1,3 milliard de Francs CFA pour les jeunes et femmes vivant dans les zones frontalières, a appris l’Aps, avant hier.

Le Délégué généralde la DER/FJ, Pape Amadou Sarr, et le Coordonnateur national du PUMA, Moussa Sow ont paraphé ce partenariat stratégique pour apporter des services financiers de proximité aux jeunes et femmes vivant dans les zones frontalières.

Cette convention vise à identifier les besoins d’accompagnement en termes de création d’emplois pour les femmes et les jeunes dans les zones frontalières qui évoluent dans les filières de l’artisanat, de l’agriculture, de la pêche, de l’élevage et des services.

Les bénéficiaires seront identifiés conjointement par les services du PUMA et de la DER/FJ. Les conditions d’accès à cette ligne de crédit seront assouplies, a-t-il assuré. «À travers ce financement, nous allons bénéficier de l’expertise du PUMA qui va nous aider à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de ces projets et programmes contenus dans le cadre de cette convention. Un travail préalable a déjà été effectué dans ce sens», a indiqué le Délégué général.
