Le Top Employers Institute a récemment dévoilé la liste des entreprises certifiées Top Employer. Pour la quatrième année consécutive, Huawei se distingue en recevant la certification Top Employer Régional en Afrique. Cette reconnaissance s’étend également au niveau national, où l’entreprise a obtenu ce titre dans 10 pays de la région Northern Africa (Afrique du Nord, de l’Ouest et Centrale), parmi lesquels, l’Algérie, le Cameroun, la Côte d’Ivoire, l’Égypte, l’Éthiopie, le Mali, le Maroc, la République Démocratique du Congo, le Sénégal et la Tunisie.
Communiqué : Chaque année, le Top Employers Institute, une référence mondiale en matière de reconnaissance de l’excellence des pratiques en ressources humaines, reconnaît les entreprises qui s’engagent à créer le meilleur environnement de travail possible pour leurs collaborateurs, en adoptant des politiques et des pratiques RH plaçant l’humain au cœur de leurs préoccupations.
Le programme de certification du Top Employers Institute repose sur l’évaluation des entreprises selon leur participation et de leurs performances à l’enquête “HR Best Practices Survey”. Cette étude examine 6 grands domaines des ressources humaines – Piloter, Organiser, Attirer, Développer, Engager et Rassembler -, subdivisés en 20 thèmes, couvrant notamment la stratégie de gestion des talents, l’environnement de travail, l’acquisition de talents, la formation et le développement des compétences, le bien-être au travail, ainsi que la diversité et l’inclusion.
