«L’Etat du Sénégal a décidé de soutenir les populations à travers la mise en service de stations qui vont lui appartenir, parce que le prix du carburant est aujourd’hui fixé. Mais, il y a des marges, et pour permettre à la population de bénéficier au maximum de ce carburant, l’Etat du Sénégal a décidé de s’y mettre. Donc Petrosen Trading va lancer sa première station, laquelle va pousser d’autres stations qui vendent de l’essence à diminuer le prix pour permettre à tous les Sénégalais d’y accéder. Parce que si on laisse le champ libre aux privés, le prix du carburant restera toujours augmenté. Mais avec l’arrivée de l’Etat qui va s’ériger en régulateur, le problème sera réglé.»
